Oklahoma Real Estate Continuing Education for Out-of-State Licensees

Oklahoma Real Estate License Reciprocity - Continuing Education Requirements

Since late 2014, every non-resident real estate licensee in Oklahoma has been required to take three (3) hours of Oklahoma real estate continuing education classes each license term, regardless of the education they’d had in their home state. This rule imposes the requirement on all non-resident licensees to complete the course requirements during each license cycle.

To help our students and partners meet this Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) requirement, VanEd offers our Oklahoma Non-Resident Required Course Package. This 3-hour real estate program includes three one-hour courses that meet the requirements for out-of-state real estate licensees who also hold an Oklahoma Real Estate License.

Courses in This Package

Non-Resident licensees completing this required CE package will meet the OREC requirements. Authored and written by Anne Woody of Oklahoma Real Estate Education, these courses will be educational, entertaining, and informative.

As an added bonus, as with all VanEd CE course packages, this package is discounted more than 20% off the price of the individual courses!
