When working with clients and customers the real estate licensee is expected to be able to identify and explain the terminology used in Oklahoma contracts. In this course we will look at the terminology and definitions used in the Residential Sales Contract and examine the related forms used in a transaction.
This course also discusses common areas of concern for regulators and how licensees may increase risk management by utilizing proper disclosures during a transaction.

This course will expose the student to a number of the more common forms and give the student an introduction into their use and affect. At the conclusion of this course the student will be able to;

Students will have the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge through the successful completion of exercises, field trips and exams. Certificates are available immediately upon completion of the course final exam.
Approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission to meet the requirements for 1 hour of Contracts (CON) credit for Oklahoma Real Estate Licensees.
