Live CAM Classes this week in Pueblo ~ Community Manager Exam Prep

April 2nd and 3rd the Pueblo Association of REALTORS® is hosting the Colorado Rules and Laws course, one of three courses in the CAM licensing program. Instructor John Gillam will present the live portion of the course as well as the exam prep program to help students pass the state exam the first time.

While the requirements for licensure as a Community Association Managers in Colorado only include education many are finding the the exam is difficult. For those who maybe have not taken a licensing exam recently (or ever) the exam itself can be a daunting task.

In order to assist those seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) license in Colorado, VanEd is presenting the Colorado portion of the CAM licensing program in the Classroom! We are also offering a live exam prep. The exam prep course will cover the following information:
