VanEd Real Estate School offers a convenient and affordable solution for obtaining a Virginia real estate license online. Our accredited 60-hour pre-license course packages are DPOR-approved and fully satisfy the educational requirements to become a licensed real estate agent in Virginia. You can choose to pay for the course in full or opt for a flexible payment plan with up to 4 installments.
Our students thrive in an online environment where they work on their courses at their own pace and on their own time from their home or office. With some of the highest pass rates in the industry, you can trust that VanEd Real Estate School provides more than a course; it provides an education you carry with you for a lifetime. Your future in real estate begins at VanEd.
To get a real estate license in Virginia, you must first complete 60 hours of required education from a state-approved real estate school.
Next, you will need to pass the course final exam and the state licensing exam. Finally, you will need to get broker affiliation and submit your application to the Virginia Real Estate Board (VREB).
