To get a real estate license in South Carolina, you must first complete 90 hours of required education from a state-approved real estate school
Next, you will need to pass the course final exam and the state licensing exam with a score of 70% or higher. Finally, you will need to submit fingerprints and a background check and submit your application online to the South Carolina Real Estate Commission (SCREC)
