VanEd Real Estate School offers a convenient and affordable solution for obtaining a Georgia real estate license online. Our 75-hour pre-license course packages are GREC-approved and fully satisfy the educational requirements to become a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. You can choose to pay for the course in full or opt for a flexible payment plan with 2 or 3-month installments.

Next, you will need to pass the course final exam and the state GA licensing exam. Finally, you will need to get broker affiliation and obtain a criminal background check.
