Anne M. Woody
Ms. Woody worked for the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission for a period spanning 40 years and has a vast amount of knowledge regarding state and federal real estate regulation and has held a real estate broker license since 1985. She retired from the Commission in 2013 and formed BAAHS.com LLC wherein she provides online real estate education and real estate regulatory consultation services to brokerages. She is a member of the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO®) and is a Certified Distance Education Instructor. She continues to monitor and research real estate regulation and issues facing the industry.
Mr. Gillam is currently an Employing Broker with offices in two states, and has experience in not just general residential real estate, but also in Commercial sales, Commercial leasing, REO / Short Sales, Foreclosure and Farm & Ranch transactions. John also provides services as a consultant in many court appointed roles. He began providing real estate education in 2005 providing Pre-License education. Since that time he has developed classes on Real Estate Contracts, Ethics and Agency and instructs the CREC Annual Update Class. He is also an approved CAM and Property Management instructor.
Ms. Mckee (ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI, SFR, TAHS) is a Texas residential real estate broker with extensive experience and success in creating ethical value for clients who invested in real estate for over thirty (30) years. Judy's current focus is primarily on educational instruction of licensees in Texas through relicensing and mandatory continuing education.
Florida Realtors® Instructor of the Year, Patti Ketcham (GRI, CRS, SRES, FMS, AHWD, ePro) is a licensed instructor in Florida and Georgia for Real Estate and Appraisal. First licensed in 1979, she is a former President of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors®. She is a member of the Real Estate Instructors Academy and the Graduate Realtors® Instructors Institute and is a REBAC approved Instructor for NAR. Recipient of the 2010 Leadership Award, she also served as a District Vice President for Florida Realtors®, the Chair of the Education Foundation, Florida Realtors® Chair of Professional Development, Federal Housing Policy Committee of the National Association of Realtors® and is the Past Chair of the Tallahassee Housing Authority Member Economic Development Council. She also served on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee for the Leon County Housing Finance Authority and is a Graduate of the Florida Realtors® Leadership Academy.
Earnest Spencer has been in the real estate profession since 1984 and currently holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. In addition, he is licensed as a Texas Residential Mortgage Loan Officer (RMLO) first acquired in 2004 and actively originates Conventional, FHA and VA loans. He earned bachelor and master degrees in Science from Texas A&M University, and has done post graduate work in Education and Business at Angelo State University and McNeese State University. Mr. Spencer has teaching experience at the college level; previously a professor at Lamar State College, and currently as a professor at Panola College teaching real estate and other technical/professional courses. He is certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to teach all Pre-License courses, SAE, and CE.
