NEW - The GRI Certification is back in Missouri!

VanEd is pleased to once again offer the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in Missouri. The Missouri GRI program is NAR approved and is offered by MAR with updated, industry-relevant content.

Missouri real estate continuing education (CE) credit is available for many of the GRI courses. Look for the CE course identification number next to the course name to find CE eligible courses.

The GRI designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. You'll increase your skill level across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

To obtain the Missouri GRI designation, you must take the following steps:
  • Be a Missouri REALTOR® in good standing
  • Complete Coursework - The GRI program consists of 16 courses, providing a total of 66 hours of education. Courses may be taken online, in the classroom from a sponsoring REALTOR association, or a combination of online and classroom. All 66 hours of education toward the GRI designation must be completed within 3 years.
  • Apply for the GRI - Once the coursework is complete, an application is required through the Missouri Association of REALTORS®. Application fees are set by the Association.
Previous GRI Candidates: If you are a previous GRI candidate and are uncertain of your current status, please contact VanEd. Working with MAR we can review your account and determine GRI program eligibility requirements and what courses you need to complete.
