To obtain the Missouri GRI designation, you must take the following steps:

  1. Be a Missouri REALTOR® in good standing
  2. Complete Coursework: The GRI program consists of 16 courses, providing a total of 66 hours of education. Courses may be taken online, in the classroom from a sponsoring REALTOR® association, or a combination of online and classroom. All 66 hours of education toward the GRI designation must be completed within 3 years.
  3. Apply for the GRI: Once the coursework is complete, an application is required through the Missouri Association of REALTORS®. Application fees are set by the Association.
  4. Contact MAR: Ask to speak with the Education or Professional Development staff who will be able to help you submit the GRI application. Find them online at MissouriRealtor.org.
