To obtain the GRI designation in Florida you must take the following steps:

  1. Be a member in good standing with both the National Association of REALTORS® and the Florida Realtors®.
  2. Complete all 100, 200 and 300 series courses within 5 years.
  3. Fill out the Florida GRI Petition to Graduate form.
