Licensees fro the state of Washington can now complete all of their mandatory continuing education requirements online. This package meets all of the requirements for Managing Broker (previous associate broker, branch manager, and designated broker) active licensees (licensed AFTER July 1, 2010) for their first active renewal as well as for both active Managing Brokers and active Brokers renewing in subsequent license renewal periods after the transition license renewal cycle.

The package includes the 3 required core hours and 27 hours of elective topics.

This package also meets the NAR Ethics Renewal requirements (formerly the Quadrennial requirement). Check with your local board or association.
