Four courses covering a range of topics, approved for a total of 12 credit hours by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission to satisfy the NE Designated Broker Post-Licensing education mandate. All newly licensed Nebraska brokers must complete these courses within the first six months of obtaining their license if they intend to act as a designated broker.
The 12-Hour Nebraska Real Estate Designated Broker Post-License Package is approved to meet the requirements established by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission and is mandatory for all Designated Broker Candidates prior to being approved as a Designated Broker.
The coursework in this package covers the required criteria for new Designated Brokers, including trust accounts, business planning, ethics, and risk. All courses are ARELLO-Certified and Approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission. Courses include:
