Real Estate License Course Details

Welcome to Exam Prep for the Colorado Real Estate License! 

Our goal is to provide you with the skills and information to pass the state part of the exam on the first try. To do so, you should follow the course as it is presented and don’t skip any topics. 

Keep in mind that this course is an abridged version of the Commission’s required courses in Colorado Contracts, Closings and Record Keeping & Trust Accounts. Students who take this course have either been licensed in another state, have taken a different school’s package and have not passed the state exam, have completed the required coursework.

  • Define the Colorado Real Estate Commission rules, the commission position statements, and the rules and regulations the licensee must abide by
