Real Estate License Course Details

In 2015, NREC (Nebraska Real Estate Commission) identified a need to rebuild course instruction for its real estate population in the area of Real Estate License Law.   

This course has been developed as a 30 hour Pre-License Course, with 10 different modules:

  • Module 1: Getting Your Nebraska Real Estate License
  • Module 2: Nebraska Fair Housing, Part 1
  • Module 3: Nebraska Fair Housing, Part 2
  • Module 4: Understanding Real Estate Law
  • Module 5: Nebraska Real Estate License Act
  • Module 6: Trust Accounts
  • Module 7: Thou Shalt Not
  • Module 8: Subdivisions, Title 299 &305
  • Module 9: Agency Relations
  • Module 10: Making Sense of it All

After completing this course, the learner will be able to;

  • Assess their process through each module, analyze information, and modify study habits to enhance learning.
  • Interpret Nebraska real estate law and demonstrate good practice in business transactions.

Students should make certain they read and review all of the information presented.

Students can expect numerous exercises, quizzes, case studies and the course will be completed with a cumulative final exam. All elements presented in the course are required for course completion.
