Washington Real Estate Practice

This 30-hour course is part of the 90-Hour Real Estate Broker Pre-License requirements. The Real Estate Practice Course is to be taken after the 60-Hour Washington Fundamentals Course.

The purpose of this course is designed to teach the latest themes and topics including subjects such as the following:

  • Listing Agreements
  • Evaluating and Pricing Property
  • Negotiation and Sales Techniques
    • Purchasing and Sales Agreements
  • Residential Finance
  • The Closing Process

After you pass the Fundamentals course and this new Practice course you may sit for the Washington State Broker License Exam.
