How did credit develop into the FICO?
This course covers the facts of subprime credit, what the score means and the cycle of bad debt. We will cover how credit can affect a client's life and how to read a credit report. The outcome of the class will help brokers understand the credit crisis that a large percentage of the national population faces.
Often times the real estate licensee is the first line of defense for clients with poor credit. Through education and a more clear understanding of credit scores, licensees should no longer see credit as black and white.
