This Step by Step to Sold program has everything licensees need to help sellers properly and successfully prepare their homes for market. In this program, we will explore the deeper components of a number of different "new age" disciplines that help to get the biggest impact including: staging and neuroarchitecture. For the real estate professional, some things we will cover will be familiar and some will be completely new. Step by step worksheets that outline the basics for every room in a floor plan will be covered. We will explore tips that can also help buyers be more successful in the search of their new home. Course Objective

At the conclusion of this course students will be able to:

  • Recognize the positive and negative spaces in a home and apply solutions room by room using the course worksheets. 
  • Identify and remedy problems with color on walls, flooring and furniture. 
  • Outline how to use a Bagua Map to determine a Feng Shui remedy for the entry. 
  • Cite specific staging directives for all interior rooms. 
  • Describe specific use of lighting, furniture, accessories and mirrors. 
  • Cite specific concepts employed to make rooms appear larger.
