Colorado Community Association Manager (CAM) Licensees must complete eight (8) hours of continuing education in approved subjects per year; or successfully pass the Colorado Law portion of the Community Association Manager Licensing Examination.
Colorado CAM License Holders are required to complete 8 hours of approved continuing education each year between prior to June 30th.
VanEd presents required coursework in an easy to complete online format. All courses are approved by the Colorado Division of Real Estate to meet the CAM license renewal requirements, and completion certificates are made available online immediately after you finish the coursework.
