Oregon Real Estate License Renewal Requirements

How to Renew a Real Estate License in Oregon

All real estate licensees (principal brokers, associate brokers, brokers and property managers) renewing an active license must complete a Board-approved three (3) hour Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) AND a minimum of twenty-seven (27) hours in approved topic areas under OAR 863-020-0035.

Many of our courses fulfill the required topics, and are so noted in the descriptions.

You will self-certify on the License Renewal Form that you have met the continuing education requirements, and you will need to maintain the continuing education records after renewal of the license, including the completed Real Estate Licensee Continuing Education Record form and all certificates issued by Certified Continuing Education Providers.
