Oklahoma Provisional Sales Associates (PSA), are required to complete a Part II real estate post-license education course requirement of forty-five (45) clock hours within the first year of obtaining a license.
All Oklahoma PSA licensees are required to complete this post-license course prior to renewing as a real estate sales associate.

Oklahoma Post-License Course (POS045)
This OREC approved 45-hour post-license course is required for new Sales Associates in their first renewal cycle.
The course covers all aspects of Real Estate Finance, methods used to evaluate all types of investment properties and the management of investment real estate and tools and strategies to embrace the cyclical market and exceed buyer expectations from first contact through transaction closing.
