REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a four-year cycle. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The current four-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2016.
Training may be completed through local REALTOR® associations or through another method, such as home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses.
VanEd offers Nebraska real estate ethics courses that meets the NAR requirements for Ethics Renewal and New Member Orientation, to help you satisfy the Ethics Renewal requirements for REALTOR® members.
Note that all of our courses meet the Ethics Renewal requirements. Check with your local Nebraska board or association if you have questions regarding new member requirements if you are joining a Nebraska REALTOR® association or board as a new or transferring member.

The 4-hr Mandatory Ethics Course - This review Ethics course is required to meet the Quadrennial Ethics requirement for REALTORS®. This course does not count for Continuing Education credit.
Designed specifically to exceed the NAR requirements for Ethics Renewal, this course covers the Code of Ethics in relation to tech issues and social media like Facebook and Twitter. Also gives guidance to all real estate professionals working in online and social media.
Note: This course has been approved to meet the Ethics Renewal Requirement by the Nebraska REALTORS® Association.
