Renew Your Florida Real Estate License Online

The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires all real estate licensees to have completed fourteen hours (14 hours) of continuing education credit before renewing any active real estate license. Of these, 3 credit hours covering 'Core Law' topics and 3 credit hours covering Ethics and Business Practices (E&B) are required. All of VanEd - Florida Real Estate School Ethics Courses are approved to satisfy the E&B requirement.
