Washington Real Estate License Renewal Requirements
The Washington Real Estate Commission requires active licensed salespersons and brokers to complete 30 hours of approved real estate education during each two year license cycle.
Of the 30 hours, brokers and salespersons must include 3 hours of prescribed CORE curriculum.
