The Washington Real Estate Commission requires active licensed salespersons and brokers to complete 30 hours of approved real estate education to renew the license during each two year license cycle.
Of the 30 hours, brokers and salespersons must include 3 hours of prescribed CORE curriculum.
VanEd offers CE courses to help licensees in Washington complete their mandatory education.
Core Course: This course meets the state requirement under WAC 308-124A-790 for renewal. A core curriculum course must be completed within 24 months of the license renewal date.Full Details
