This course covers the practice of real estate, real estate principles and procedures, and the rules for real estate licensees in Florida. You will learn the basic real estate principles, real estate law, and the practice of real estate.
The student will need to complete the reading assignments as well as the instructor reviews and exams.
Learning Objectives
This course has been developed to directly meet the requirements for Florida Salesperson pre-licensing and matches the DPBR required course outline. Students completing this course will be introduced to the real estate business and the license law associated with the qualifications for licensure. At the conclusion of this course students will be able to:
