Real Estate License Course Details

This course covers the Oklahoma state-specific Laws and Rules for candidates for the Real Estate Broker license.  Combined with the National Principles of Real Estate course, the education hours meet the 90 required in order to sit for the Broker state exam.

Course Overview

This course will cover:

  • Real Estate Introduction & Background for Oklahoma Brokers
  • Unit 1: Laws and Rules Affecting Oklahoma Real Estate Practice
  • Unit 2: The Brokerage Relationships Act
  • Unit 3: Property Management (Title 59, Section 858-102)
  • Unit 4: Disclosures Relating to Real Estate
  • Unit 5. Trust Accounts and Trust Funds
  • Unit 6. Broker Operational Procedures and Qualifications
  • Unit 7. The Closing Process

Each unit will be completed with a mutliple choice exam, and the course ends with a cumulative multiple choice final exam.  Exercises and quizzes throughout the material will also be included.
