CAM - Key Issues in Contract Provisions - 2 Credit Hours of Real Estate Continuing Education

This 2-Hour course for Community Association Manager (CAM) Continuing Education has been prepared as a way to highlight key concerns facing CAMs in everyday practice.

Course Objective:

Students will review Colorado rules governing management agreements before discussing key provisions that cause concern among the CIC Community. This course will also cover statutes and rules for management agreements and meets the required objectives and course topics set forth by the Colorado Division of Real Estate.

Learning Objectives:

This is a comprehensive course. At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to;

  • Define the required elements to receive a CAM management agreement
  • Present ideas and sections for a management agreement
  • Discuss specific topics that cause concern for CAMs and Associations
