This 8-Hour course is prepared to be used in conjunction with the Community Association Manager (CAM) Licensing Program as well as offering Continuing Education credit for real estate brokers in Colorado.
This course is one of three courses that make up the CAM Licensing program. Students seeking a CAM license must complete all three (3) of the CAM Licensing courses to receive a certificate of eligibility.
Students will review Colorado laws relating specifically to Common Interest Communities. This includes the CCIOA, CRNA and the Condominium Ownership Act. Students will also be introduced to vital issues for associations, including rules and law governing Over the Air Reception Devices and Marijuana. This course will also cover land statutes and meets the outline required by the Colorado Division of Real Estate.
