7-Hour National USPAP Update Course
This course is designed to fulfill the requirements for New Hampshire licensed and certified appraisers who must complete a 7-hour USPAP Update Course every two years.
The course will present and explain the changes to USPAP and the rationale expressed by the ASB (Appraisal Standards Board) for the most recent round of revisions. Students will gain understanding regarding why, when and how changes are made to USPAP. The rationale and implementation of new regulations will be reinforced through case studies, illustrations and poll questions.

Mold a Growing Concern (3.5 hours)
The object of the seminar is to provide New Hampshire appraisers with an observation matrix they can employ to identify the characteristics exhibited by mold growth or conditions that can support mold growth. This course is relevant for both New Hampshire residential and commercial appraisers and provides examples of both types of properties.
