The Most Successful People in Real Estate Use VanEd
Since 1997, VanEd has provided education and training to some of the most successful real estate professionals in the industry. Year-after-year real estate agents, brokers, and appraisers continue coming back to our school to renew their license, learn more about the industry, and gain valuable knowledge that helps them succeed throughout their career.
At VanEd, we take pride in the long-term relationships we build with our students and we love hearing about their personal lives, career paths, and success stories. In an effort to thank our students and highlight their talents, we decided to launch our real estate agent spotlight program.
VanEd Real Estate School Students
VanEd Real Estate Student Success Stories is a program that allows us to shine a spotlight on agents, brokers, REAlTORS® who are interested in sharing their stories, their success, and their experience as a real estate professional after choosing VanEd Real Estate School for their education.
Recognize Industry Leaders
Students who are selected for the Success Stories program will be featured in our monthly newsletter and will have a full-page article dedicated to their success and achievements.
Inspire Other Students
Ever wondered what it's like to be a real estate agent? Our Student Success Stories features students who have gone through real estate school at VanEd, passed their exam, and have had success in the industry.

I am in love with the real estate industry. No two clients are the same, no two transactions are the same - it's thrilling! I believe with great opportunity comes great responsibility. If we have the opportunity to be in this incredible industry, we also have the responsibility to actively participate and give back - not simply sell real estate. It's more than that. We need to be a resource for our clients, actively involved in our community, volunteering to sit on local, state, & national committees and step up into leadership roles. We need to identify the next round of leaders, encourage them to step up, and help get them trained. These sorts of efforts will continue to raise the bar for our entire industry and increase professionalism across the board.

I'm a newer Real Estate Agent thanks to passing my licensing exams through VanEd back in October. I started making YouTube videos while I was studying when I noticed there is a lack of real estate study materials out there, especially for Colorado. Since I started my channel in August I now have over 2,500 subscribes and my most popular video on Real Estate Math has almost 18,000 views. The appreciative comments and messages have really made the start of my career feel very rewarding! I just closed on my first two deals as well so it's nice that the ball has started rolling

My goals have evolved a lot over the 25 years I've been in the business. I've gone from just trying to survive to working to try to ensure some financial stability for my grandchildren in their later years. As I said, I think everyone's idea of success is a bit different. I feel I will have been successful if I am able to sell real estate for another 8-10 years and then be able to pass my business down to those with more energy as I do a bit of traveling.
