The program is based around VanEd's successful online licensing coursework, with the addition of supplemental classroom sessions hosted by Keller Williams Performance Realty at their offices.

To get started, purchase the package below and then contact the KW Performance Realty office for schedules and details of the supplemental classroom sessions (typically Tues/Thurs from 5-8 PM). You will be able to start your online coursework immediately!
Persons with no prior real estate qualifications must take 168 credit hours of courses to qualify for the Colorado real estate licensing exam. Our coursework strictly follows Colorado Real Estate Commission requirements and consists of six courses and two exam prep modules.
