The Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRMsm) designation is the only Buyer Representation Designation for Managers, Brokers and Owners affiliated with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. This one-day course was developed in partnership with the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) of NAR specifically for managers, brokers and owners who wish to incorporate buyer representation into their companies' service offerings. About the ABRMsm Designation

The ABRMsm (Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager) designation course was developed in partnership with the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) specifically for managers, brokers and owners who wish to better incorporate buyer representation into their companies' service offerings. The ABRMsm designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® to those members who met the specified educational and practical experience criteria as listed below (in the ABRMsm Designation Requirements).

Four (4) requirements must be met to attain and use the ABRMsm designation:

ABR® Course Objective

The overall goals of the ABR® Designation course are to educate and prepare buyer's reps to provide the kind of service and fidelity to buyers that sellers have always enjoyed, and to offer methods for building your buyer representation business. In each Course Module, you will examine a different topic, and together they create a comprehensive guide to help you become an effective, efficient-and profitable-buyer's representative.

After completing this two-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR® Candidate status, a three-year period during which you must fulfill the ABRM® Designation requirements to earn your ABR® Designation.
