To become a licensed broker in Oklahoma, you must complete 90-hours of education approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC), which includes the following courses.
VanEd - Oklahoma Real Estate School has everything you need to meet these requirements and obtain your broker license, all at an affordable price.
If you wish to become a Principal Broker, Managing Broker, or Branch Broker, you must also complete the 15 credit hour Broker-in-Charge Course before sitting for the real estate exam and license issuance. The Principal Broker License Education package includes this course or it can be purchased individually below. This requirement does not apply to Broker Associate applicants.
