360training.com, Inc. dba Van Education Center provides all of the required coursework needed to become a licensed Real Estate Broker in Nebraska. All real estate broker courses are available online and meet the state education requirements for a Nebraska Broker License.
Note: As of July 1st, 2020 the Nebraska Real Estate Commission requires all those applying for a Nebraska Real Estate Broker License to complete 66 hours of Pre-License coursework and have two (2) years of active experience.
Real Estate Brokers in Nebraska are industry professionals who are able to manage other real estate agents or work independently in the transaction of real estate and real property.
Difference Between Real Estate Agents and Brokers
Those seeking to upgrade to a broker license may NOT repeat courses used for salesperson licensing. For example, if you took Principles of Real Estate as one course towards meeting your salesperson education and license requirements, you may not take Principles of Real Estate again to upgrade to the broker level of licensure. Instead, you should select other courses that you have not previously taken.
Most students upgrading will have previously been licensed as Salespersons. If this is not your situation, we offer individual courses for those seeking to upgrade which allows students to select courses that are in line with their primary business practices and meet the requirements of the Nebraska Real Estate Commission.
Coming from Another State? If you already have a real estate license, you will need to complete the 3-hour Nebraska License Law and Agency Relationships course required for reciprocity with Nebraska.
I took the Nebraska Real Estate Exam today for the first time and I passed with flying colors! I can't believe I passed my first attempt and it is all thanks to you guys!!! Rose C. Nebraska Pre-License Student
