These online land use planning courses are sponsored by the Planning Institute of Colorado (PIC), a non-profit organization affiliated with the American Planning Association, Colorado Chapter. The Institute primarily exists to expand the knowledge and understanding of planning concepts for individuals that deal in land use and land use planning.
Colorado PIC courses are continually updated by a team of PIC instructors. Courses are geared to the needs of the individual practitioner, whether that be in real estate, appraising, or other allied professions and are approved for Colorado real estate continuing education credit.
