Nebraska REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a three-year cycle. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The current three-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2024.
Training may be completed through local Nebraska REALTOR® associations or through another method, such as home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses.
We offer Nebraska real estate ethics courses that meets the NAR requirements for Ethics Renewal and New Member Orientation, to help you satisfy the Ethics Renewal requirements for REALTOR® members.
Note that all of our courses meet the Ethics Renewal requirements. Check with your local Nebraska board or association if you have questions regarding new member requirements if you are joining a Nebraska REALTOR® association or board as a new or transferring member.
