The Nebraska Real Estate Commission requires all licensees to have completed 18 hours of Nebraska real estate continuing education within the 2-year licensing period, by November 30th of the second year. Of this, at least 6 credit hours must be in 'designated subject matter' courses which are indicated with the letter 'R' in the 4-digit course content number.
NOTE FOR FIRST TIME LICENSEES: Fulfillment of Continuing Education requirements above are due by November 30th of the first year you are licensed.
All NE licensees must also apply and pay the fee for renewal annually by November 30th.
