The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires all real estate licensees to have completed fourteen hours of continuing education classes before renewing any active real estate license. Of this, 3 credit hours covering 'Core Law' topics are required. The Core Law requirement is satisfied within either our 101 or 103 courses.
