Online Colorado Real Estate Continuing Education Courses

The Leading Provider of Colorado Real Estate Education & Training

The Real Estate Commission of Colorado requires all licensees to have completed twenty-four hours of continuing education before renewing any active three-year real estate license. Of this, 12 credit hours of Colorado Commission (CREC) Annual Update Courses are required (3 separate CREC courses).

Some Colorado licensees may NOT be able to complete three 4-hour Commission Update Classes (ACU) as anniversary dates for license renewal are updated. In this case, licensees may complete 8 hours of ACU coursework and 16 hours of elective coursework to fulfill the requirement during their transitional license period.

I have ALREADY TAKEN THIS YEARS ACU COURSE! WILL I BE ABLE TO COMPLY?
