The Real Estate Commission of Colorado requires all licensees to have completed twenty-four hours of continuing education before renewing any active three-year license. Of this, 12 credit hours of Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Annual Update Courses are required (3 different CREC Annual Update courses).
Some Colorado licensees may NOT be able to complete 3 4-hour Annual Commission Update Courses (ACU) as anniversary dates for license renewal are updated. In this case, licensees may complete 8 hours of ACU coursework and 16 hours of elective coursework to fulfill the requirement during their transitional license period.
VanEd maintains an extensive selection of online Colorado real estate continuing education (CE) courses, including GRI courses, Ethics courses, and the mandatory Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Update Course, to help you satisfy the continuing education requirements of your license.
