The Real Estate Commission of Colorado requires all licensees to have completed twenty-four hours of continuing education before renewing any active three-year license. Of this, 12 credit hours of Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Annual Update Courses are required (3 different CREC Annual Update courses).
Some (but not all) Colorado licensees may need the new Broker Transition Course as anniversary dates for license renewal are updated. To determine if you need to take this Broker Transition course you can check your status using our interactive Transition Course tool.
