Online renewals will begin on November 1, 2015 and will continue until midnight on December 31, 2015. All licensed Mortgage Loan Originators must renew their license with the Colorado Division of Real Estate and the NMLS Registry. Registered Mortgage companies are required to renew their registration with the NMLS Registry only. All renewals must be performed online using the Division's online eLicense site and the NMLS Registry.
