Colorado Community Association Manager Licensing Now Available

VanEd is proud to present the first education program meeting the requirements for licensure as a Community Association Manager in Colorado. The program was approved by the Department of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS) and the 24-hour licensing package is also approved by the Colorado Division of Real Estate to meet the requirements for Community Association Manager License Education. Students will be introduced to all concepts, laws and rules required by the Division of Real Estate.

Upon successful completion of all 24 hours of coursework students will be presented with a certificate of eligibility allowing them to sit for the CAM: Community Association Manager Licensing Exam. 

Courses in this package include;

- Colorado Laws & Rules: CCIOA, CRNA and Fair Housing #5245
- Governance and Documents for Owners Associations #5246
- Operations and Risks in Owners Associations #5244
