According to recent communication with the Colorado Division of Real Estate, all CAM license holders are now deemed to have met the CE requirement for the first renewal cycle.
This means that if you acquired your CAM license in Colorado then you have met the CE requirement for this license year. You are NOT required to complete any CE prior to renewal.
After July 1st, 2016 all CAM Licensees will be required to complete 8 hours of CE each year. VanEd has a package of courses approved and will be seeking further approvals prior to the first CE date of July 1st, 2016.
If you have already registered for a CAM continuing education course please do NOT complete that course until AFTER July 1st, 2016. The Division will NOT grant any credit for any course completed prior to July.
