Real Estate License Exam Prep (National)

VanEd General Exam Prep provides extensive practice with exams that closely match the general knowledge portion of your state licensing exam.

Who Should Take Exam Prep?

Anyone who is preparing for the entry level state exam should consider taking an exam prep course.  This course specifically deals with the topic areas covered on the national (or general) part of the real estate licensing exam.

Topic Review

We have identified eight key topic areas that should be reviewed prior to taking the real estate licensing exam. For each topic, we present a brief summary of the main points that you must understand and then a short exam to test your knowledge. The general topic areas are: Agency, Contracts & Agency, Fair Housing, Finance & Settlement, Property Assessment, Property Management, Terminology, Valuation

Summary Exams

VanEd's Exam Prep Summary exam is a comprehensive test of your real estate knowledge, and closely matches the general portion of the licensing exam given around the country. The exam consists of 80 questions that are drawn randomly from our pool of more than 300 questions. Each time you take the exam, you will see a significant number of new questions, so we encourage you to take it as many times as you like.

Upon completion of each exam the student is provided a list of questions that are missed, an analysis by category of exam questions, and an overall score for the exam. After more than one exam has been completed, a summary of all of the results of all of the completed exams is available.
