Real Estate Continuing Education Course

Land Conservation is a review of common issues that affect local communities throughout the United States. In this course we will review the following key topics and introduce students to not only the purposes of land conservation but also the relationship of conservation to local and regional planning.

You are encouraged to review these issues and determine if there are implications of land conservation that can have an affect on the local real estate market, including valuation, taxation, and land use.
