This version of the Colorado ACU course is designed with a focus on commercial real estate. It will help provide commercial real estate agents a better understanding of the industry issues affecting not only real estate in general, but also commercial brokers. The Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) defines the learning objectives for the course to meet the requirements of the mandatory annual update education.
This commercial ACU course provides for four (4) mandatory Continuing Education credits, which count toward the 12 hours of Annual Commission Update Courses and 24 total hours of education required of real estate professionals in Colorado to renew their license in each three-year cycle. (Please note that as the CREC is shifting renewal dates from license anniversary to calendar year, some exceptions are possible resulting in a short cycle for some licensees)
The course contains multiple assessments of the student’s learning (exams, quizzes, exercises) and a multiple-choice final exam that is written by CREC. Students that do not pass the first final exam will be given a second final exam which consists of different questions.
