Course Description

In each renewal cycle Oregon real estate licensees are required to complete the Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC). This 3-hour course fulfills this requirement. The curriculum for this course is approved by the Oregon Real Estate Agency.

All students seeking credit for this course must complete the course prior to the end of the two year course approval period.

Learning Outcomes

This 2016-2017 updated course is designed to inform Oregon licensees of new law changes relating to real estate as passed by the Oregon Legislature and other recent changes that affect real estate practice. The Oregon Real Estate Agency requires that all licensees take a Law And Rules Required Course (LARRC) as part of their 30 hours of continuing education credit.

This course opens with a brief discussion on how ideas become law and is completed with a summary and final exam.
