Course Description

In each renewal cycle Washington brokers are required to complete a Core education course. This 3-hour course fulfills this requirement. The curriculum for this course is approved by the Washington Real Estate Commission.

All students seeking credit for this course must complete the course prior to the end of the two year course approval period.

Learning Objectives

This course is designed to bring students current with key issues in the real estate industry. As you can see the outline covers a breadth of issues. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to;

  • Identify important Legislative and Legal updates that affect the real estate industry
  • Review Short Sale and Foreclosure law and rules and be able to communicate these requirements to consumers
  • State issues related to REO sellers and examine licensing law
