Real Estate Continuing Education
VanEd offers a broad range of real estate continuing education courses to help you stay current and fulfill the requirements of your real estate license. We also offer all the courses required to obtain your GRI and MRE designations.

Real Estate Pre-licensing
The VanEd real estate licensing course provides you the knowledge to pass your real estate licensing exam and begin your real estate career. All Montrose Association of REALTORS® licensing students receive a $50 discount!

Appraisal Pre-licensing
Become a real estate appraiser. Our online Appraisal 101 and USPAP courses provide the foundation to a successful career and are approved by the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers, The Appraisal Foundation, and IDECC. All Montrose Association of REALTORS® licensing students receive a $50 discount!

Colorado Mortgage Brokers
All new and current Colorado Mortgage Brokers are required to complete 40 hours of mandated education. VanEd has been approved for the entire qualifying education program.
