Mortgage Broker Programs
All Colorado mortgage brokers will need to complete their qualifying education requirements prior to Jan 1, 2009. Real Estate Planner Programs
The Planning Institute of Colorado (PIC), a subsidiary of APA Colorado, was originally developed to provide educational courses for allied professions on the basics of urban and land use planning. With the new AICP Certification Maintenance requirements, PIC is pleased to be able to offer online continuing education courses for Planners.
