About Van Education Center
The mission of Van Education Center (VanEd) is to create quality online real estate, appraisal and mortgage broker courses that meet the needs of students and the requirements of the real estate and appraisal industry. A goal of VanEd is to help real estate agents and appraisers maintain professional competency and thereby protect the public interest.

With over 3500 licensing students since 1997, Vaned is one of the largest and most trusted online real estate schools in the country.

Unlike most home study and online programs, you are not alone. We have a staff of instructors available to answer questions by phone during the workweek, or you may email us your questions at any time. We are here to help you!

Real Estate License Programs
The VanEd real estate licensing course provides you the knowledge to pass your Colorado, Nebraska or Texas real estate licensing exam and begin your real estate career. Our courses are 100% online, but with outstanding instructor support to help you learn. Through our education partners, we also offer real estate licensing courses in Alabama,Georgia, Missouri, Montana, Virginia and Washington.

Real Estate Continuing Education Programs
VanEd offers a broad range of courses that cover all aspects of real estate practice and are approved for CE credit in many states. VanEd also offers courses for credit towards a number of designations including GRI, MRE, PIC and E-Pro.

Appraiser License Programs
Become a real estate appraiser. Our online appraisal license and USPAP courses provide the foundation to a successful career. Our online appraisal and USPAP courses are Appraisal Foundation (AQB 2008 Guidelines) & IDECC approved and valid in: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Appraiser Continuing Education Programs
We offer The Appraisal Foundation's USPAP 7-hr course, a URAR course, and other continuing education courses to help you fulfill the education requirements of your appraisal license.

Mortgage Broker Programs
All Colorado mortgage brokers will need to complete their qualifying education requirements prior to Jan 1, 2009. To help Colorado Mortgage Professionals comply with the new licensing requirements, VanEd is pleased to be able to offer online education courses for Mortgage Brokers.

Real Estate Planner Programs
The Planning Institute of Colorado (PIC), a subsidiary of APA Colorado, was originally developed to provide educational courses for allied professions on the basics of urban and land use planning. With the new AICP Certification Maintenance requirements, PIC is pleased to be able to offer online continuing education courses for Planners.
